Brinley Ithel WILLIAMS

  General Notes:

There were two Brinley Ithel Willams born in Pontyprid in the March Quarter one in 1877 and the second in 1899. The family Bible is hard to read but there is also a report of Brinley Ithel Williams death aged 0 in Pontyprid in March 1899. I assume our Brinley was 1877.

In the 1881 census, Brinley E Williams was living with John Williams his father at 23 Herbert St Ystradyfodwg, Glamorgan Wales

In the Dec quarter 1900, a Brinley Ithel Williams was married in Greenwich - presumably to Marion. 1d, 1788 (Dec 1900): Brooks Marion Greenwich 1d 1788

In the 1901 Survey Brinley I Williams was living in London in Greenwich and aged 24 and a servant. He was probably born in 1877 in Dartford Glamorgan Wales. Records from Daunsiel Rd Parish of Grunwilb St Paul. He was living with a Ms Lana or Lara Christian. Also at the address was Marion Williams(Probably his wife)

Brinley Ithel, 34, was living with his wife and family in 1911 in Rhondda, Treorchy, Glamorganshire, Wales. His wife was 31 years old and had two children.


Brinley was still alive in Dec 1921 when he supplied information for his mother's internment. Death notice indicated he was born in 1877 and died in Cardiff, Glamorganshire, Wales.

Brinley married Marion BROOKS on 3 Nov 1900 in Greenwich, Kent, England. (Marion BROOKS was born in 1881 in Leeds, Yorkshire, England.)
